late music burnt bagel

I encountered a major problem with noise. my room was near an event space, so music blared past midnight. Contacting the desk at 12:40 a.m. revealed this was beyond their control. also, breakfast disappointed. I ordered a bagel but received one burnt and cold. The server offered croissants but charged for both the uneaten bagel and croissant. a manager promised to review but never returned.

convenient parking friendly staff nearby attractions

the hotel offers convenient parking in a garage. the staff was friendly and patient, offering assistance when needed. the location allowed me to walk to many nearby attractions and shopping areas.

The bedside lighting was a bit dark. Another lamp would have been helpful.

the restaurant offered nice breakfast options and dinner looked good. i noticed a waitress who willingly translated parts of the menu into english, a thoughtful touch for international guests. the breakfast buffet was complete.
